1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the giveaway conducted by The White Collection (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of The White Collection, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion begins on the date and time specified in the giveaway announcement and ends on the closing date stated.
3.2 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

4.1 There will be three (3) winners, each receiving the prize stated in the giveaway announcement.
4.2 All prizes are final sale, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other items.
4.3 The White Collection reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
5.2 The White Collection is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping delays for international winners.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 Winners will be notified via the method of entry and announced on The White Collection’s social media platforms.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
6.4 The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution are final and binding.

7. Liability

7.1 The White Collection is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
7.2 The White Collection is not responsible for technical issues, payment errors, or platform outages that may affect entry or prize redemption.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with The White Collection’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 By entering, participants consent to their information being used for administering the Promotion and related marketing communications.

9. General

9.1 The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9.2 The Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any third-party brand or platform.
9.3 The White Collection reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
