What to Expect at Your Appointment

A booked appointment is dedicated time with one of our bridal stylists, run outside of the showroom's busiest periods so you are not competing for attention with other visitors. It is free, and there is no obligation to buy on the day. You are welcome to bring up to two guests, which is usually enough for a second opinion without turning the fitting into a crowd. Children under 12 and pets are not permitted in the showroom.
Walk-ins are accepted too, though booked appointments take priority if the showroom is busy, so a weekday visit without a booking is more reliable than trying your luck on a Saturday.

Bring the underwear and hosiery you plan to wear on the day, since both change how a shoe fits by more than people expect. If you have specific styles you already love from our range, email or call our customer care team beforehand so we can confirm those pairs will be available in your size on the day, rather than finding out once you arrive. Up to two guests are welcome to come with you.
Should I bring my wedding dress to the shoe fitting? +
